Delivery Queries
If your order has been dispatched then click on 'track order', which will provide details of how to confirm the delivery status. You will then need to enter your consignment reference number, which is listed in the 'My Previous Orders' section of the OFFTEK website.
Orders sent non-recorded, will not have a consignment reference number and will not be able to be tracked on the Royal Mail website. Please note that delivery usually takes 1-5 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 10 days before being able to investigate a missing parcel. If you believe your item has been lost, and 10 days have passed, please send an email to support@offtek.co.uk with all of the relevant details.
You can check on the status of your order by logging into your account online and selecting 'My previous Orders'. If the dispatch information is not complete, then your order has not been dispatched yet and is still being processed. If you expected your order to have been dispatched by now, then the delay may be due to the fact that all of the items you ordered were not in stock. If your order has been dispatched then you can find out how to track your order by logging into your account online, selecting 'My Previous Orders' and then 'track order'.

If you have not received your order within 10 days then please send an email to support@offtek.co.uk with all of the relevant details. We will then chase the delivery and identify the reason for delay.
We normally only deliver to the address to which the credit or debit card is registered. We do understand though that the majority of our Customers are not at home during the day and therefore are unable to accept delivery. If a different address is entered as the shipping address then we may contact you to request additional authorisation by either fax or email, which may slightly delay the dispatch of your order.
We realise that this may prove slightly inconvenient but we feel it is extremely important to protect both our customers and ourselves from credit/debit card fraud. We hope our customers will understand this and appreciate the security measures we have in place.
Alternate Delivery Address (International Orders)
Products that are shipped outside of the UK can only be delivered to the credit card holders address.
If you require the goods urgently, then we suggest that you replace your order online and once we have completed our investigation with Royal Mail, we will then provide a refund, once it has been identified who actually received the delivery.
