    Eliminating The Need For Returns

    Nobody want the hassle of dealing with returns so our technical staff are on hand pre and post order to ensure you are supported throughout the order process. Our team are available to assist you with your requirements by reviewing and ensuring compatibility of components with existing server setups, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

    By using our Component Compatibility Review service you can be 100% confident that the products you are ordering will be correct for your exisiting configuration. If you would like to use this service please fill in the Compatibility Review form and one of our support staff will be in touch.

    Returning Products For Refund Or Exchange

    Customers can return items for a full refund or exchange based on the following conditions:

    • The item can be sold again as new (unused and unopened).
    • To ensure we can assist you quickly, please let us know within 14 days of receipt if there are any issues with your order, such as missing, incompatible, or incorrect items.
    • The goods are returned to us no later than 60 days after date of receipt.

    Please use the form below to confirm the details of the item you wish to return. You will then receive an email outlining the process of how to return your product. The return of products from business Customers is at the managements discrestion and a 25% restocking fee may be chargeable.

    Faulty Goods Within Warranty Period

    Offtek provides a limited lifetime warranty on 'Offtek memory modules'. OEM memory, storage devices and any other products are subject to specific manufacture warranties, which are listed against each product.

    When the goods have been returned to us and confirmed after testing as faulty, we will then provide a replacement. Additional warranty information is contained within our terms and conditions.
